[LM_NET] TAR: Best Educational Standards

I am trying to do an overview of education performance standards across the
country.  I am charting the ELA standards and seeing which ones align with
storytelling skills.   Which states are known to have the most rigorous,  up
to date standards?  Please reply offlist.  Thanks for your help.
