I would like to know why anyone is using the LMNET
listserv as a platform for political viewpoints? I happen
to give respect to our president and his wife. I see no
business bad-mouthing someone just because they have a
different viewpoint. This listserv is not the appropriate
place to do so.
Laura Bush certainly never gave any librarian a bad name
or reputation. Furthermore, she is not the chief advisor
to the president concerning his political or military
moves. He is helping retain YOUR right to speak freely,
bur this listserv is not the place to debate such issues.
Thanks, Linda Conn
