[LM_NET] Target: Interviewing Paraprofessionals

I am going to be interviewing to fill my media assistant position later this
week.  I am a brand new media specialist opening a new K-4 school in August.
Does anyone have a list of questions that they always ask when you are
interviewing paraprofessionals?  Any guidance that you can give me would be
great.  I have facilitated interviews before just not in a school setting.
