I agree, I guess you might need to be willing to move if there is is an 
oversupply in your area.  I looked for 1 1/2 years in Wisconsin for a job, 
but found nothing.  I applied out in Montana and within a week I had four 
schools offer me jobs.  I guess if you want to stay in the area of library, 
you might need to go with the flow.  The move for my family and I was 
wonderful.  Small town, great view of mountains and a chance to do what I 
love.
