[LM_NET] ELEM: Marco's Millions study guide

Dear wonderful LM_NETTERs,

One of our 5th grade teachers just told me that the fifth grade is
reading Marco's Million's (Sleator) for a class novel.  She said that
there are NO study guides available anywhere.  I thought I'd "pick the
brains" of this well-informed group.  Are any of you familiar with a
study guide for Marco's Millions or do any of you have a study guide
that you would be willing to let our teachers use?
