I have briefly read over the draft of AASL's new Learning Standards, and they sound
good. I wish there was some way these could be incoporated into our state literacy
frameworks. I know in Arkansas, and please anyone correct me if I am off base, but
our state frameworks are very vague when it comes to Library Learning Standards
and Information Literacy as described by AASL. Especially at the Elementary level.
What should we do?
