[LM_NET] OT Davenport Florida

My fiance is thinking of purchasing a home in Santa Cruz section of Davenport.  
Mostly for investment but we may want to settle there someday. He's been to the 
area and has friends within the area but that as far as his knowledge goes.  If 
anyone is familiar with the area, in terms of real estate market and schools, I 
would be grateful if you contacted me off list.
