[LM_NET] Target: Does anyone have access to Journal of Applied School Psychology

Hello all:

I have someone who was looking for an article, but to get it they would have 
to pay $20 for it.  Would anyone have access to Journal of Applied School 
Psychology and be able to get me an article from July 6, 2005?  Please reply 
and I will give you the information and fax number to our school. Thanks in
