[LM_NET] river fiction

Hello all,

Does anyone have a list or suggestions for books about rivers?  Our  
fifth grade teachers are completing a unit on American rivers and need  
FICTION books that are set on a river.  Will Hobbs and Mark Twain were  
the only two authors that I could think of off the top of my head.
