[LM_NET] TAR: bulletin board about humor

I would like to create a bulletin board that relates to humor, laugh(ter), 
funny, etc. and could use some ideas.  Any of you have any great slogans or 
ideas?  The slogan can have any of the key words: humor, laugh (and it 
variations), funny, etc.

I will post a hit if you are interested.
