[LM_NET] Off Topic: Two Cup Drip-o-lator

No, this item is not even remotely related to librarianship, but I am
desperate. 

 

My 81 year old mother-in-law is in search of a two cup aluminum
drip-o-lator. She owns a four cup but her two cup is about to bite the dust
and she wants to be prepared. I have searched high and low including: E Bay,
Vermont Country Store, every thrift store in my area, many antique stores
and I have Googled and come up empty handed. . After Googling, I can find
drip-o-lators that are 18 cup, four cup, and eight cup, but not two cuppers.

 

 I called the Mirro Company, a former manufacturer of this product. They
have nothing and no idea where I might get one.

I thought with so many members on this listserv, we might have someone who
even has a 2 cup to sell. If you have one to sell, or if you have a lead for
me, please reply to me off list.
