[LM_NET] Athena help needed

Our district uses Athena cir/cat system. The district office has combined all of 
the elementary collections into one union catalog and all of the secondary into 
another union catalog. 

We are moving grade levels into different schools next year and must move the books 
to support them. However, we haven't figured out a way to change the location field 
in the marc of the books in the union catalogs or how to move the marc from one 
union catalog to another. 

I tried copying and pasting a bibliography of books to be moved from my school 
catalog to the union. When we tried to use it in the union catalog to change titles 
and copies, a box popped up saying this bib was not created for the current 
collection. 

Is there any way to make this work without entering the barcodes individually into 
the union catalog?
