[LM_NET] Target: Need story name

Hi, 
 
I could really use some help on this one.  A teacher wants the name of a 
story about a woman with a black ribbon tied around her neck.  When she 
takes the ribbon off, her head falls off.  The teacher thinks it has also 
been made into a movie.  Any ideas?
