[LM_NET] GEN: Computer question

Can someone point me to instructions on saving addresses, e-mails, etc. in Outlook 
Express.  I had to reinstall my OS and lost everything.  I'd like to back it up on 
occasion.  When I had to replace the HD in my lap top I had to start over as well.
