[LM_NET] TAR: MID: Fun note-taking exercises

Hello,

I am looking for a fun note-taking activity that I can do with a sixth grade class. 
I have already searched the archives and found some ideas but am looking for more, 
particularly activities that can be done in pairs or small groups of students. The 
focus could be on looking for keywords, highlighting important texts, I'm open to 
any and all ideas!
