[LM_NET] Reading Lists for PreK-12.

Since several people have been asking about reading lists, I thought
I'd share our locally constructed one. HAISLN, the Houston independent
school library association, has done this reading list for many
years,.

It is updated every year; the one for summer of 2007 will be posted in
a short while, but here is the link to the 2006 list:

It is broken down into two-grade sections, so it is really 7 lists.
