[LM_NET] LIBRARY BUDGET

I just found out I may finally be getting some money (after a year and a half with 
none) to spend in the library.  Other than books, may I ask what are some things 
that can/should be included in a library's budget (and not the school's as a 
whole).  Also, if anyone has a "sample" budget write-up they would not mind sharing 
I would really appreciate seeing it.  My principal asked me to start writing up my 
lists and I would like to give her one that looks professional.  But I've never 
written one and feel my "lists" need some professionalism.
