Dear Colleagues,
Our tech person is looking at purchasing a system to track use of
AV equipment and computer hardware our teachers sign out, like laptops,
overheads, VCR's, Lightwares, digital cameras, and now, hundreds of
calculators. I tried setting up a special collection within our library
automation program for this, but it is not working as well as we'd
hoped. Neither is her Sticky-Note-Next-To-Her-Computer system.
We only have maybe a thousand items, so we don't need a huge
management system. Do you have any recommendations for software that
works well for small AV collections? If there's enough interest, I'll
post a hit.
Thanks for any suggestions and advice.
Bonnie
