[LM_NET] TX, AR, MS: LASL MidWinter Conference

The Louisiana Association of School Librarians will be holding the 2008 MidWinter 
Conference on Saturday, Janurary 26th at Louisiana State University at Alexandria, 
Louisiana from 8:00 to 3:00.  The these this year is Doorways to the Future: School 
Libraries 2.0 This conference provides a day long schedule of outstanding 
concurrent sessions focused on school libraries and librarians.  We would like to 
invite librarians and other educators in our neighboring states of Texas, Arkansas 
and Mississippi (as well as all other states) to come join us for this event.

A tentative list of program proposals are now available on the LASL 2.0 wiki site

Registration has begun! Forms may be downloaded from the LASL 2.0 wiki site 
http://lasl2.wikispaces.com/ and the LLA site http://llaonline.org/.  There is a 
downloadable list of local hotels also on the wiki site.  Please contact us if you 
have any questions....and we hope to see some of our neighbors on the 26th!
