[LM_NET] TARGET: flickr

[Joan Temple <mtemple8861@SBCGLOBAL.NET>]

Our school blocks flickr, but I understand its educational value and would like to 
have the site permanently unblocked.  Can anyone provide positive comments to 
present to our network administrator?  Or should I reconsider this idea?
