Hi, Here are two that are available at a lot of colleges and universities:

Philosopher's Index   
  Provides subject and author indexing to over 550 journals from 40 countries 
covering all aspects of philosophy.  Also indexed are book chapters, anthologies, 
and book reviews.

 Religion & Philosophy Collection   
 Provides full-text to about 300 journals in the fields of philosophy and religion. 
Provides indexing to articles in many more journals in these fields.
