Hope this is what everyone is looking for. I just had to do this today
to set up new printers in my library.
Start menu
Click on Printers and Faxes
Left click on the printer you want to have a separator page Click on
properties Click on Advanced Tab At the bottom of the tab there is a
button that says "Separator Page"
Open it
Now it gets trickier.
Click on Browse
That should open the System 32 Folder. In mine I scanned to the end of
all the folders in there and found icons that ended in .sep I had four
of them. Since we have new printers I had to find the one that worked
with the printers we have.
Click on the one that you want
Click ok
Print a doc that is in word or somewhere else. (test pages from the
printer will not print out the separator.)
