It probably is not Destiny - what type of lines
connect you to the district office? T-1, metro-e, etc.
Also does your district technology department
prioritze network traffic and do they give limit the
bandwidth taken by some applications?
I prioritize network traffice and limit some
applications to 1 mg -- we have 10 mg. lines between
the schools
If they don't -- video and music during the day --
will kill any cantralized application -- video and
music take up huge amounts of bandwidth -- which is
why we limit the amount of bandwidth that they can use
