Help!
I am thrilled to be in an IMPACT grant school. This is something that I have
wanted for oh so long. Now however, I learn that I will be
spending 12 hours a week in planning sessions with teachers while my aide will have
my classes on a fixed schedule when I am unable to be in the media
center. I am not sure that this will be the best use of my time or training.
My question is: What level of collaboration do you have at your
school, do you have guidelines? I know this will be a work in progress but it
would be nice to have and present examples of what others are doing.
Any thoughts??
Thanks so much,
Angela
