[LM_NET] Concourse & Atriuum

Thanks to the folks who emailed about their experiences with Concourse &
Atriuum.  It was interesting!  I've been encouraged to think that the
more we work with Atriuum, the better we're going to be able to manage
it.  It was a bit of culture-shock to go from a simple system to a more
complicated one, but I will say this-I have nothing but the highest
regard for the folks at Book Systems.  They've been very open to listen
to my list of concerns and try to accommodate requests.  They probably
groan when they see my name on an incoming email, but they've never done
it audibly!
