[LM_NET] PROF: Information literacy - the current situation

I have been looking through a backlog of feeds and I have FINALLY read 
this one.
I am sending it to the list because of its international approach, its 
reference to documents in the US.UK and IASL.
It poses the questions. Succinct too.

Judy O'Connell lives in Sydney and works in the promotion of technology 
and pedagogy.
She travels internationally now, but I am still pleased that she lives 
locally and is a friend.
She may not be pleased that I took so long to get round to reading this LOL
