[LM_NET] GEN: Glitch in the LM_NET message approval process

Dear LM_NET Members,

When I recently went on vacation for 11 days, the necessary listserver
settings were not changed, so that my stand-in, Blythe Bennett, was unable
to approve messages in the message queue.  I am sorry about that glitch.

Since there is a 24 hour time limit on message approval, set by the LM_NET
listserver, almost all messages in the message approval queue during that
time were lost.

Please resend or post any messages as before, and I will approve them as I
normally do.
