[LM_NET] End year reflections of accomplish. to justify librarian position

Our budget was recently defeated.  When that occurred last year, the librarian's 
position was ALMOST cut and the aide position WAS eliminated.  This year admin. has 
asked me to write a reflection on my accomplishments this year beyond what I 
normally submit for my annual observation.  I am a bit frustrated by this because I 
feel  one of my largest accomplishments was running a functional program without an 
aide.  Of course that won't satisfy the board or the town.
   
  ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
