[LM_NET] TARGET: Social Bookmarking use?

I’m doing a presentation at a Georgia library meeting for academic librarians on 
Social Bookmarking. I've asked my academic peers for sites but thought I'd ask 
LM_NET, too.
 If you want to see what four higher ed libraries have, you can look at Savannah
