I just received the April 2007 issue of Kids Discover (Pioneers), thought
the cover looked familiar, and searched the back issues until I found an
identical issue back in August 1999. I tried to call them, but was unable
to connect with a human. Does anyone know whether they plan to continue
recycling old issues? Is there an ethical question here? I paid for this
issue once back in 1999 and I don't really feel like paying for it again.
Thanks,
