Hi - we moved to Destiny several months ago
  We are on vacation this week -- but would more than gald to have you contact me 
next week and I will be happy to have one of my staff members assist you.
   
  You may have to make changes to your firewall or use a public IP address --
   
  Follett Technical support is not a huge help compared to Sagebrush from which we 
just moved.
