Hi All,
I've been pondering these questions for around three years now. The
information landscape has shifted. It hasn't been business as usual
for a long time.  We need to lead change in emerging landscapes.  We
need to lead from the center.

This is absolutely the moment to retool, revision, redefine.  Please
forgive me for neglecting to share my process here.  I've been using
my blog to reflect and I would be very happy if some of my ponderings
might help others.
