[LM_NET] User Group for Destiny?

Hi all,

I have a frustrated and mutinous tech support team on my hands here at
school.  We are struggling with implementing Destiny (switching from
Cat+/Circ+) and "my people" are wondering if there is a Destiny user
group that we could query?  Specifically, we're having trouble with the
"automatic" backups (somewhat less-than-automatic at this point) and
also getting access to the catalog from outside school (over the web). 


Anyone know of any good support (other than Follett's tech support) or
have any input on the above problems?  By the way, I mostly love
Destiny, but these few hang-ups are causing great angst!
