[LM_NET] The Patriot Act and Libraries. Info Needed

I’ve decided to do a research paper on The Patriot Act and it’s effects on
Libraries.  Since I don’t actually work in a library yet, can anyone that
does tell me how the Patriot Act has affected your job or institution?  I’ve
found a few articles related to the topic, but nothing recent.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
