[LM_NET] Two Questions

I have two questions, unrelated.
Does anyone know of an online university offering an EDS in library  science?
Also, I need a professional book for our special area teachers that shows  
how we (art, music and pe) can help in literacy.  Any ideas of a really  good 
one?
