[LM_NET] library checkout form letter

  Thanks to everyone's suggestions about space issues with a small library.  Now I 
have a few more questions.  I am ready to begin checking out books to students.  I 
have to do it manually.  We are not automated or anywhere near.  Do you have any 
suggestions on how to check out books in a quick and efficient manner?
   
  Also, I need a form letter that goes home where the parent/students accept 
responsibility for the care of the books.  Do you have one?
   
  Does anyone have any suggestions for ways to handle checkout and the protection 
of books with Kindergarteners?
