[LM_NET] TARGET: AR testing

I have a question for those who use AR:

The previous librarian would not let students test on 
books that they read during the previous school year. 
 They were only allowed to test on boks that they had read 
since the beginning of summer vacation.  I continued this 
rule last year (my first here), but now am questioning it. 
 Do you allow students to test on books they may have read 
last year, but for whatever reason never tested?  Thanks.
