I am a high school library media specialist looking for ideas to assist me in
developing an interesting reading program for high school students. With the vast
amount of technology readily available for teens it becomes more and more difficult
to encourage pleasure reading at the high school level. I am considering a Library
Book Café that would conclude with lunch in the library once or twice during the
each semester. I need some interesting ideas to get the program up and running.
I appreciate any ideas you have that would encourage teenage reading and will post
a HIT with the responses.
