[LM_NET] Sagebrush Infocenter users....please help

Hello everyone,

I have spent the last three days either on hold or waiting for someone from support 
to call me back.  

We are in the process of automating the library.  I am trying to import a file of 
marc source records.  The problem: when I import Infocenter is not assigning copy 
id's.  I am sure I am missing something when I set the default id #.  If anyone can 
give me step by baby-step directions I surely would appreciate it.  I don't want to 
waste the last day without students waiting for the phone to ring.
