[LM_NET] GEN: Templates for spine labels

Hello, colleagues,
Last year some savvy person "in the know" sent me an attachment of a template, both 
horizontal and vertical, for spine labels.  I would also like labels that are 1" x 
2 5/8" . Somewhere, in the mysteries of cyberspace, this is now gone from my 
computer.  If you were that wonderful person and could send it again, I would be 
forever in your debt.
I hope this makes sense; it has been a frustrating morning.
