[LM_NET] TAR: Looking for The Lottery

A teacher has asked me to find a book that she read as a student.  She
remembers the title being "The Lottery."  It was about people who won the
lottery and were so excited, but it meant that they would be stoned.  Does
anyone know this book?  Author?
