[LM_NET] HIT: [ELEM] Photo Web release form

Check with your district.. Ours issues a form each
September that  
must be signed, either allowing students photo, or
first name (and  
last as appropriate) to be sent to the media, used for
publicity  
purposes, etc.   This would include photos taken for
school  
activities later sent to the newspaper (for all the
positive things  
they actually print about the school system), or for
lists of awards  
put into a press release -- i.e. Charley S, grade 1,
was selected as  
Student of the MOnth, or website pictures. To cover my
self, I  
recommend the teachers give me group shots where it is
harder to pick  
out individual kids, to post on the website.

In any case, this should be a district-wide form,
providing for  
publicity release of student info.
