For Parent/Teacher Conferences this fall, I want to offer parents to come
into the library and demonstrate some services that the library provides and
some websites that will assist parents in helping their child do his/her
homework. So any of you have other resources that you would teach your
parents if given the chance? I would love to hear them.
I have thought of the following:
Online Card Catalog
SIRS (in library - only resource)
United Streaming
MeL (Michigan eLibrary or State databases)
I have a few websites in mind for each grade levels (I'm k-12).
For example:
Primary:
Starfall and other interactive websites
Intermediate:
A few homework helper kind of sites
Middle School:
Homework helper kind of sites
High School:
Homework helper kind of sites
Thanks
