[LM_NET] HIT: Downloadable MARC record sites

I am looking for some sites where I can download MARC records (for free)
such as BCCLs and LOC.  I've checked the archives and there are
directions on how to download and a couple of mentions of BCCLs but
nothing new since 2001!  I am looking for a couple of extra places to
get a record or two (for free) when Alliance Plus doesn't have the
record.
