[LM_NET] HIT(sort of): books and videos about exercise and nutrition

I asked the other day for the titles of any videos or books that you would
highly recommend about exercise and nutrition. My email was down for a
couple of days, but I haven't received anything except a general
recommendation for anything Schlessinger (I agree) and a tip that there
had been an article and bibliography on the topic in LJ. But the article
that I found was more for adults or YA's, and I am looking for pre-K-5.

So I don't really have anything to report. If you want to send me
something, I will be glad to do another hit. Thanks!
