[LM_NET] Tech - Chinese language computer software converters

I need a source to purchase some software to  handle Chinese (Asian)
fonts on XP.  I have already enabled Asian fonts on the computer, but I
think I need some software maybe OCR that will handle Asian characters. 
The problem is Outlook will not import contacts from other Chinese
devices that are using Chinese Characters.  

Also, I am interested in an electronic tablet that will allow the user
to write in Chinese and the content go to Word.

If anyone can point me in the right direction to purchase these types
of items, I would really appreciate it.

Please reply off-list.  If anyone else is interested, I am more than
willing to share anything I find out.
