[LM_NET] TARGET: Picture Books to teach Character Educ.

Teachers at my school are looking for fiction picture books to help in the teaching 
of character traits such as helpfulness, cooperation, etc. I am particularly 
looking for books that involve a classroom setting. Please let me know of any 
titles that come to mind.  

For example, one title that was used this year was "Stand Tall, Molly Lou Melon" by 
Lovell and Catrow. It deals with bullying and self-assurance. 

I will post a HIT based on the results from this request.
