[LM_NET] Instant Tall Tale

Does anyone have Judy Freeman's directions for creating instant tall tales? I 
attended her workshop in Winston Salem and it was in the book she wrote, but I am 
home for the summer and want to do the activity with a group of campers.
  It is a fun and humorous activity if you have never done it/
