[LM_NET] OT: Nova Scotia & quilters

Greetings!  I've just walked away from my library, leaving the "to-dos" 
neatly labeled on a cart.  My summer is here!

Wednesday, my husband and I head for Maine where we will take the CAT to 
Nova Scotia for our first ever visit there. 1) Are there any NS 'netters out 
there, or LM_NET folks who've visited NS and could recommend a "do not miss" 
experience, place, food?  2) Are there any quilters who could point me in 
the directions of a quilt shop?  As quilters know, what's a vacation if you 
can't buy fabric?  (I have the quilter's travel guide, but, alas, it's only 
U.S.

Thanks for any help for this off topic request.  (I am a bit giddy about 
getting out of town.)
