I am working on a literary couples match for my YA kids. I have started with some
easy ones they may have read in elementary school (Henry and Mudge, Charlotte and
Wilbur, and so on), and I have some real tough ones that I feel most of the 9th and
up will get (Heathcliffe and Catherine, Antony and Cleopatra), but I am drawing a
big fat blank on some couples that my 6-8 graders will recognize. Does anyone
remember any great couples they would share? I have already searched the archives,
most everything there is elementary level.
TIA!
